IMPACT 2.0 | Non-member Registration

IMPACT 2.0 is free to all current member coaches of USA Volleyball. This registration is solely for non-member coaches interested in purchasing and completing IMPACT 2.0 for a fee of $125. If you are a member coach of USA Volleyball, please complete IMPACT 2.0 through your SportsEngine member profile.

Purchasing this product provides non-member coaches of USA Volleyball with a non-member learner account and access to IMPACT 2.0. Once completed, a certificate of completion is awarded and can be downloaded from your learner account in the Reward and Recognition tab as well.

If USAV membership is acquired after completing IMPACT 2.0 as a non-member, IMPACT 2.0 will either need to be taken again once you receive your membership, or you can contact education@usav.org to transfer your completion to your new USA Volleyball member profile.

About IMPACT 2.0

On September 1, 2023, USA Volleyball launched IMPACT 2.0 with the new 2023-2024 USA Volleyball membership season. IMPACT 2.0 is the latest version of USA Volleyball's required IMPACT training for new USAV member coaches. This new version includes modules featuring interactive graphics, videos, and text created in collaboration with U.S. National Team staff, USA Volleyball National Faculty, and other sport experts. It introduces coaches to foundational and relevant topics rooted in the five pillars of the USA Volleyball Development Model: craft, body, mind, heart, and team. IMPACT 2.0 also includes updated navigational features with brief knowledge checks, a faster average completion time, and informs USA Volleyball member coaches of the resources and automatic discounted member pricing available with Coach Academy.

IMPACT training, as well as SafeSport training, is required by all USA Volleyball junior club coaches to receive eligibility to coach in any USA Volleyball sanctioned events. Currently, the national office of USA Volleyball does not require a renewal of this course, and coaches who have completed the original IMPACT training will not be required to take the new IMPACT 2.0. However, USA Volleyball invites all coaches with former completions to take the updated course and provide feedback.

The average completion time for IMPACT 2.0 is 2.5 hours.
