Learn how having a medical plan can impact your team's success going into a multi-day tournament or competition with Chris Koutures, MD, FAAP. Dr. Koutures is an independently contracted Team Physician for the U.S. Men's National Team and Owner of ActiveKidMD. 

The presentation will include considerations and routines for pre-tournament preparation, the night before matches, the importance of sleep and sleep hygiene, routines for the morning of a match, during a match, between games, and post-match and tournament. A live Q/A will be provided to coaches in attendance after the presentation.
