Mark Williams will discuss the knowledge and skills to help athletes develop anticipation and reading skills, while also providing cues and suggestions for helping them to improve the speed and accuracy of their decision making skills. Best practices from recent research within motor learning will be applied to the sport of volleyball in this session.
