In these sessions, you will directly observe the Girls Indoor Experience, a high-level training environment featuring the nation's top coaches and junior athletes. As an observer coach, you will gain exclusive access to on-court training, coach meetings, and instruction. This opportunity allows you to witness firsthand the methods and strategies used by elite-level coaches to develop champion athletes. Our USAV Education Services Staff is eager to support your coaching development through this unique experience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe National Team Development Program (NTDP) aims to identify, recruit, and accelerate the development of high-potential junior volleyball athletes to achieve sustained international competitive excellence. Age-group categories start with girls under-15 and boys under-16, extending to under-21 for both genders. Athletes are selected for the NTDP Training Series through a nationwide scouting network and are also considered for USA Volleyball’s underage national teams.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #a6192e;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRegistration will be limited to a maximum of 60 coaches on a first-come, first-served basis.\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cspan style=\"color: #a6192e;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBoth Coach Observation Sessions are available for $50. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eRegistration closes February 14  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"\u003eDisclaimer\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"\u003eThe USA Volleyball Coach Observation Session is open only to USAV Member coaches and those who are on the team roster of teams participating in the Triple Crown event 2025. All observing coaches must provide USAV Membership credentials or Triple Crown rosters and\/or Triple Crown credentials identifying them as coaches.
