COACH OBSERVATION SESSION: Girls Indoor Experience - Kansas City, MO - Feb 14, 2025

ABOUT:
USA Volleyball's Education Services Department cordially invites you to participate in our Coach Observation Session. In these sessions, you will directly observe the Girls Indoor Experience, a high-level training environment featuring the nation's top coaches and junior athletes. As an observer coach, you will gain exclusive access to on-court training, coach meetings, and instruction. This opportunity allows you to witness firsthand the methods and strategies used by elite-level coaches to develop champion athletes. Our USAV Education Services Staff is eager to support your coaching development through this unique experience.

The National Team Development Program (NTDP) aims to identify, recruit, and accelerate the development of high-potential junior volleyball athletes to achieve sustained international competitive excellence. Age-group categories start with girls under-15 and boys under-16, extending to under-21 for both genders. Athletes are selected for the NTDP Training Series through a nationwide scouting network and are also considered for USA Volleyball’s underage national teams.

Registration will be limited to a maximum of 60 coaches on a first-come, first-served basis. Both Coach Observation Sessions are available for $50. Registration closes February 14

The USA Volleyball Coach Observation Session is open only to USAV Member coaches and those who are on the team roster of teams participating in the Triple Crown event 2025. All observing coaches must provide USAV Membership credentials or Triple Crown rosters and/or Triple Crown credentials identifying them as coaches. This session is intended for coaches and not for the parents of players.

Observing coaches who register will receive the following in total:

• Direct observation of all Girls Indoor NTDP Experience sessions featuring the nation’s top coaches and athletes.
• Live audio feed from 12 USA Volleyball NTDP coaches via a transmitter/receiver.
• Exclusive on-court access to training sessions and whiteboard talks.
• Opportunities to network with local coaches in your area and across the nation.
• One-month FREE registration to a Gold Tier subscription in the Coach Academy – 120+ courses and resources.
• USA Volleyball T-shirt.

FRIDAY, February 14, Arrive 12:00pm (Athlete training - 12:45pm – 3:15pm) 

SESSION 2 
U17 – U19 Girls
FRIDAY, February 14, Arrive 2:45pm (Athlete training - 3:15pm – 6:00pm)
